The Brentwood home remodeling project was a home that we bought in Mentor, that was in great need of a major renovation. We spent 5 months remodeling this 1950's home. Then put it back on the market.

We started the renovation by removing the old steel kitchen cabinets, taking out some walls, to open the home up. removed some drywall, gutting out baths, removing shelving almost in every room. removed all interior doors & replaced. Built overhangs on exterior, Installed a new 30yr roof, new gutters, new windows. cut opening & installed a new slider to a nice new deck, which let in lots of natural light. The kitchen remodeling included, new oak kitchen cabinet's & new kitchen appliances. Refinished all hardwood floors, new carpet in family room. new tile floors in Kitchen & baths, new toilet & pedestal sink, all fresh new ceiling, wall & trim paint. all new light fixtures, wall outlets & switches New storm doors, dry walled garage & ceiling. new garage door & opener. new furnace hot water, & central air. removed over growth & relandscaped.
